Harry Dickens

Harry Dickens is the Director of Technology for the Arkansas Public School Resource Center based in Little Rock, Arkansas.  He is a member of Technology Infused Education (TIE) and Technology Information Center for Administrative Leadership (TICAL).  Harry serves on the Arkansas state technology committee as chair of the Teaching and Learning committee and serves on the Arkansas iTunes U advisory committee.  He has presented at conferences including High Schools That Work (HSTW), Computer Using Educators (CUE), Education Service Agencies, State Administrative organizations including Arkansas Administrators Educational Association (AAEA),  Arkansas Association of Instructional Media (AAIM), and school districts in Arkansas, Tennessee, California and Georgia.  Harry has presented to thousands of educators over the past 10 years.  His latest activities a have included iPad training session at state school administrator conferences and school districts through out Arkansas.  He just finished two of a three part series of books on using iPads in High School, Middle School and Elementary School. The unique thing about these books is that Harry co-Authored the books with an educator in New Zealand.  The two of them have only met once in the past two years.  Harry is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University, where he was the student body president.  Harry continued his academic pursuits at Texas A&M-Texarkana.  Harry lives in Little Rock with his wife, Quita and two boys, Harrison and Jordan.
